Worst I have ever been treated

I applied for an Edgars account in store when the friendly consultant connected me to Edcon financial services to complete a telephonic application. The consultant on the phone asked me the questions and instructed me to hold. The application was denied because the consultant put in the wrong income numbers for me. This was easy to fix. Instead the consultant started to interogate me as if I was a criminal. When I told her to fix the mistake she told me "no she will not", I immediatly told her she was rude and she refused to give me her name. She then put me on hold again and came back saying that her manager gave her permission to hang up the phone and not give me an account should I accuse her of rudeness again!!! I am usually quite vocal when I feel wronged, but I was so shocked and humiliated I didn't know what to do. The Edgars consultant apologised at the Edcon consultant before she helped me! I have never ever seen a company treat clients in this awfull abusive manner and it is disgusting! This call was recorded and it happened 17 May between 4 and 5 pm. I invite you to listen to the image this girl puts out there. I have her name and I expect to hear the recording as well.
