Account FICA and mailing of accounts

To Whom it may concern:

If you want you customers to FICA their accounts inform them accordingly! Don't let them stand in a queue with his 8 month pregnant wife and make to look like fools when they want to buy on their account and tell them that it has not been FICA' ed after you phoned me and confirmed all the details. Then tell me to go to customer accounts and have my account FICA'ed. WHO carries proof of residence around. If I have to FICA my account, how can I purchase in April but not in May on my account. Yet you send your bills diligently to get paid whether my account has been FICA'ed or not. An simple email to inform the client WILL WORK WONDERS!

That being said, I have asked on multiple occasions to have my bill emailed to me on a monthly basis, which is not happening! ONCE AGAIN! I have been with Edgars for approximately 10 years now and this is becoming ridicules.

Please sort out your communications with client. Please can I get my bills via email! It is nonsense to have your customers waiting in queues only to be told and made to look like fools that they cant buy on their account that is up to date!

Sort your nonsense OUT and get proper customer service!
