I was in Boardman's on Saturday 26 October 2013 this being a pay day weekend and stood in a queue for half an hour to pay. On a busy weekend there were only two cashiers on duty. I requested to speak to the manager but apparently he was off and would only be in on Sunday. The staff member I complained to was quite happy that I complain on your forum or even to head office because when they request extra staff this is being denied. I find it unacceptable that we are made to wait when making a purchase in your store what happened to customer service a very important element do boardmans feel they are above this and that as a customer i should feel privileged to shop there. Think again I will not be shopping at Boardmans in the near future.
