UNRESOLVED QUERY

My 23 yr old sister who has just graduated from varsity (unemployed) l got a call from Joshua Doore Head Offices querying why she has not been making payments on a loan that they claim she took with them. She confirmed to the consultant that she had not taken a loan with them and that they should check properly and get back to her. She was later advised that the account was opened at the KOKSTAD branch in KZN& that they still had the documents (ID and Bank statement) to prove this. She went to the branch to check these docs &they showed her copies that were not clear, that she couldn't even read properly. She was then advise by the manager to make an affidavit confirming that she never opened the account &they would forward it to head office for further investigation. Weeks passed with no one contacting her until a week or 2 ago when she was contacted by a gentleman from the "Matatiele branch" requesting for a copy of her Id &her bank statement. How shady is that?!! If the sales person made a mistake and opened an account for a person without correctly verifying their details they must come clean and have this sorted out asap or otherwise I take it further and it will turn really ugly
