Sick and tired of creditworx ignoring my emails

Good day

I get tonnes of emails and sms's from creditworx regarding an outstanding Joshua Doore account that i supposidly have. I have made it clear over and over again THAT I HAVE NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT AT JOSHUA DOORE. I have asked them to forward me documentation about this account, to indicate when this debt was made and a copy of that ID as i lost my ID in 2005. They continue to ignore me, it is really driving me insane. please can you read and respond for once
