I recently purchased a 8 channel mixer from Cash Crusaders, Longbeach Mall. The mixer was tested by Richard and according to our sound guy, only the one channel was tested. I took the mixer to the church building and tested it within 30 min of purchase. When we connected our speakers to the mixer, we found that the right channel was totally dead. I phoned the manager and during the conversation, he insinuated that we must have done something wrong. I became extremely angry as he undermined my intellect and integrity. He then asked me to bring the mixer to the shop which I did. When I got there, the manager was in the shop but refused to approach us. Is it perhaps possible that he thought that we were not worthy of his time and effort? O was it a colour thing?
On testing the mixer, the sales assistant indicated that he did not think it was our fault but a factory fault. He was professional enough to apologise. The manager walked pass us and did not acknowledge us or even check if all was well. I was told the replacement would be there yesterday but when I got there today (Tue) it was not there.
The manager of Cash Crusaders is setting a terrible example and not worthy of his post.
