Charged for an incomplete job and bad service

I had a problem with the temperature of my water in November last year 2013. The guys were back and forth from Drain Surgeon not seeming to know what the problem was. Eventually they said it's fixed. A few days later we still had a problem with the temperature of our water. Plumber William came back again and said it was the Mixer that needed replacing. So Thuli who answers the calls sent me a mail with the pricing of the mixer. I sent her an email asking if we are to be charged the previous invoice if the job was still not complete on top of the quote for the new mixer. I never had any feedback. I emailed again. No feedback. I eventually called and spoke to Genevieve who just said I have sent so many emails what exactly is my problem?! I then gave it to the Manager Jan. Yes fine he did apologise for the inconvenience and said if I supply the mixer they will put it in for free. I said fine. After thinking about it why should me as the customer supply the mixer. Then they send a different plumber than the one who did all the work and he says it's not the mixer. Jan, the Manager then calls him to say he must get in his car and leave this job. Ive paid but very angry!
