I am currently using Hello Peter to do my bit to change customer service in SA. I have had many problems with Game Northgate and the level of service.
After deciding to never go back, i did on Friday the 1st of March at 9 am. I needed a cake mixer. I saw one at pick and pay and decided to check what Game has...
At game I asked the attendant for a particlur brand that was on display. Without going to the back he decides there is no stock. He just decided... out of laziness. I think it was too early for him to bother.
Then i pick up another mixer and go to pay and they say standard bank is offline. So i aske to see a manager so that i can actually purchase this item. After 10 minutes if the cashier disappearing, she says that no manager is available. No manager... what do they do. Did they know standard bank was offline. Were standard bank clients walking out of game with option to purchase.
Do they know isle assistants are too lazy to get products from the storeroom. Does Northgate Game want to sell??? It is small instances like this that turn away buying customers.
I went to pick and pay, bought my cake mixer. I will never go into Game Northgate again.
