I phoned to buy a car amplifier, I drove many kilometers to go to the shop and when I came there we tested the amplifier (2nd hand) and it wasn't working properly. I requested a discount and the branch manager were very rude and refused. I explained that I realy wanted the ampifier but still he refused. I asked him if he could give me a other 2nd hand one for a R100 more for the same prise for all my efford he told me I'm waisting his time and could go somewere else. He had this extremely bad attitude towards me that's very unprofesional.if he treat his customers like that I will most definitely never return to any cash crusaders anywere in south-africa and tell all the people I know or see near there not to go there. I'm going to give the story to the public and local newspaper as I know the head of the paper. I will honestly rate cash crusaders a 0 out of 10.
