Incorrect advertising!!

I recently bought an advertised Kenwood Mixer on Pick and Pay's home shopping website, upon delivery it was a complete different mixer to what was advertised. I called the call centre and they advised I can take the mixer to my closest P&P and they will refund me. The Hypermarket in Centurion refused to help as they "don't do home shopping". I then went to Mall @ Reds P&P and as they didn't even stock the product told me that the Hypermarket had to assist, but they will try and resolve the problem. The Customer Care Manager then took it upon herself to get this mixer exchanged or refunded. Eben from Faeriglen Hypermarket phoned me on the 3 Jun to tell me that the picture in the advertisement was wrong and their T&C covers them for instances like this. Eben then assured me that they can't honour the advertised product and can only give me a refund to resolve the issue. Eben confirmed that the refund will be done on the 3 Jun, however it's the 12 Jun today and I still haven't received my money back!! I returned to the Customer Care Manager, Shaleen at Mall @ Reds on 6 Jun and she followed up with Eben, who then said it takes 7 days for a refund to show. Now what??
