I bought a Fossil watch from Foschini. The watch went in for repairs the third time now. For the past three months I have not been contacted by Foschini nor Fossil. Every time I query this, I am told that we are still waiting. I have asked for this watch to be replaced. In the interim I had to spend more money to purchase another watch
