I was bought a Fossil watch in September last year for my Birthday. 9 months later the watch has stopped working. Unfortunately due to it been a gift I do not have the Cash slip. When taken to store they ask for the prooof of purchase to see if the watch is more than 2 years old. As can be seen the watch is new as well as it is a new model less than 2 years old. This they acknowledge but still insist on Proof of Purchase. Makes up my mind as what to never buy again
