I bought my fossil watch a few years ago, which had crystals around the edge. Some of these crystals (5 to be exact) had fallen out with wear and tear (as expected). I sent my watch in on 21/08 and was told 4-6 weeks. I got an sms on 10/09 to say that it was ready (8 weeks). On arrival to collect it and before paying I inspected the watch to find that one crystal had already fallen out. Sent the watch back that same day and got an sms on 24/10 to say it was ready (2 weeks). On arrival all crystals were replaced. I looked at my watch today and I thought I was dreaming... The same crystal that had fallen out upon initial collection was missing again! It has not even been 24 hours and I am already missing a stone!
I expect my next visit for replacing this stone again to not be charged for.
I am not going to take this out on the shop assistants as I know they don't have much/any say with matters such as these. I am very disappointed in Fossil's service, for such pricey watches you would expect more from them. This will be my last fossil watch.
