I purchased a watch as a gift. The crown of the stop watch went missing. The watch is still under guarantee. I went to return/report the faulty Fossil. Elmarie helped me and said she would phone me the next day. I had to phone her just to be told by the Manager Christien they are busy with stock take and that they will phone me. I was phoned the next day by Gladys. She said they are waiting for Fossil to get back to them. It has been a week since I've been to Truworths. I phoned again this morning to speak to Christien. She said they are still waiting for Fossil, just to find out if the watch can be repaired under warranty. I phoned Fossil myself this morning and was told, they will fix the watch. Why does it take so long to give a customer feedback? Want something done do it yourself.
