I would like to bring this under your attention.
On Saturday I went to game trade route mall to exchange a lawnmower combo I bought at South Gate mall in april 2013. Dineo also advise if I need to exchange the goods same must be taken to South gate mall. I believe Game store is game irrespective of the shop. The lawnmower doesn't go on anymore after the 3rd use. Your staff member Oupa Mokoena 14872 refused to assist me with an exchanged and I also refused to booked the goods in for a repair.
Staff members at customer service don't know how to treat clients and offer a very bad service. Left the goods at customer service with Oupa Mokoena / Dineo Makate original slip
