Brand new Ryobi lawnmower not working

I bought a Ryobi lawnmower at Game East Rand Mall on 18 Dec 2012, paid R2299.00 I used it once in December and three times in January. Yesterday while mowing the lawn, smoke suddenly appears from under the hood. I cut the power and that was it... not working any more! So I have paid R2299.00 and still do not have a lawnmower to use. A very friendly person at Game, Moses Radebe, told me to bring the machine to Game so that it can be assesed by a technician... that implicated that I will be without the machine for THREE WEEKS... brand new, paid for, no lawnmower to use!!! Would like to mention that my previous lawnmower, a Wolff, lasted an amaxzing 22 years, not only four weeks as the Ryobi. Will I ever buy a Ryobi product again? Never!! Will I ever buy from Game again? I will seriously have to think about that.
