Incomplete goods in the box

On Saturday 09 November I collected the repaired law mover at game trade route.
When I got home I took the goods out of the box but realised that the basket wasn't in
On 11 nov 13 I made contact with Dineo Makate to confirm if the basket is at the repair storage and
she said no she will make contact with the supplier and revert back to me. To date I didn't receive feedback and how can one go to the same place over & over with the same problem
Game staff really courses an inconvenience now. Unhappy with the service
