I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following 2 people for their exceptional service and going the extra mile.
On Saturday I visited your store in Curie avenue, Bloemfontein on my way back from Mossel Bay to Johannesburg due to a puncture in one of my tyres. Upon investigation it was revealed that the tyre had to be replaced. This was about 11am however the store did not have the specific tyre in stock as it is a run flat. Charl and De Wet then started to phone the other store to see if they had a tyre for me. Unfortunately they did not have one either. They then proceeded to call every tyre fitment centre in Bloemfontein to find a tyre. This also proved fruitless. They then offered to order me a tyre but it would only arrive on Monday and as I was returning home from my holiday this was not an option as my wife had work commitments on Monday.
I then found out that BMW on call had a tyre for me and would deliver it to the store. This was at 10 to 1 and the delivery would take about 45 minutes, needless to say they kept the store open until the new tyre arrived and was fitted.
During all this time they never once gave up on trying to help me.
