On Monday 23 December I bought my wife's cousin an XBox game at BT Games in Tygervalley. The game cost R699. When we got home the game didnt want to play in his Xbox and we then discovered he needs a harddrive to play the game. We went to the store on 24/12/2013, but they were already closed. On 26/12/2013 we went back to the store and they refused to exchange or refund as the game was already opened. How are you supposed to know a game doesnt work unless you open it. They were not at all helpfull and considering that I paid R700 for a game and it doesnt work. They offered to give me R170 for the game. I count see anything on the cover of the game that indicated that a hardrive was necessary. Nor did anyone in the shop confirm that a hardrive was necessary when I bought the game.
