RESPONSE NOT FORTHCOMING OVER A SIMPLE QUERY

Clothing account was opened early last year with my details which I discovered much much later. I followed the necessary process required by Edgars, dispute form, ID copy, etc and later made numerous calls to the person dealing with the matter to follow up. May 2013, I managed to speak to him who confirmed telephonically that the account will be cancelled and then I asked him as to whether this info has been sent to the credit bureaus to delete from my profile. Up to this point I have not received any response to that and he doesn't have the courtesy to just reply even with a story of some sort.
MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN FACT THEIR CLIENT HENCE THE BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCED
