On the 4th March 2013 I discovered that there were transactions on my Edgars account which took place on the 1st of March 2013. I then went to the Edgars in Killarney mall and completed the required documents. The lady that was assisting told me that the investigation will take 10 days and someone from the department will call me back. Now almost a month down the line I have received no call from the department so I did my own follow up numerous times. In all occasions there's either no answer, a lame excuse or I get put through to an extension that doesn't answer. I'm totally appalled by this shocking treatment that I have received from Edgars and it's now clear that there is no intention to correct this from Edcon's side.
Given the fact that I am in the process of credit approval for a major purchase this is badly affecting my credit record and I'm totally frustrated.
