I ordered a drawing tablet from [URL Removed] on September 30, the original estimated delivery date saying the 8th October, about a week later.

On the 8th, my parcel did not arrive. No problem, they are probably just running a few days behind. I check the website, the date has changed to 11th.

On the 11th, no parcel. The estimated delivery date has changed again, this time to the 14th. When the 14th comes around without a delivery, I check and find that the date has now changed to the 18th.

I email them. All they tell me is that they estimate the delivery to be on the 18th. You don't say?

18th today. Still no parcel. What gives?

I understand if you have to get stock from overseas or something, but then tell me that. Don't pretend you're going to deliver every few days, and then fail. The website appears to have no parcel tracking feature, just the one date of delivery that consistently increases. I think I've deduced your delivery estimation algorithm:

At this point, I'm tempted to cancel my order and try another supplier.

Please just tell me when I can actually expect my delivery.
