BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

Pick n Pay Montana Hypermarket, which has over 30 tills always seem to have only 7 tills open at most at the end of the month or beginning of the month. They are WELL aware of the fact that it is the peak time for most customers to do their monthly shopping at this time, but management's lack to notice is pathetic.

Perhaps management should stand with their full trolleys for 30 minutes in a queue, wonder if they would like it.

Poor service Pick n Pay. Not even Richard Brasher from Tesco can help you turn around your standards and poor service delivery because even Tesco in the UK suffered from poor service delivery.

Customers are the heart and soul of ANY business! Treat them like GOLD, don't take them for granted!

Well I am reporting this I may as well add that considering Richard Brasher is now the new CEO of Pick 'n Pay, perhaps management could make a suggestion to him to have the hypermarkets stay open 24 hours a day except 1 day a week like Tesco in the UK.

A compliment: The store is clean, cool, well stocked most of the time, so on that aspect, keep up the good work.
