I visited Pick a Pay Wonderpark o Saturday 15/06/2013 to buy 1 item only. Needless to say you stand i ques for hours on end just to pay for one item. The under 10 items ques as well as the other cashiers are just to busy to handle the amount of customers in the store. This is not the first time, but every time I go to this store I spend hours standing in a ques for there are just not enough cashiers. The cash points which are open are occupied by staff chatting their way to the friend who is actually busy to help other customers. Really I am getting sick and tired of standing my weekend away in ques, which is precious to me. It was payday for the army and needless to say busy, busy, busy. Management can really man all the tills over these peak times to make life easier for one and all.
Complaint about this to management before, no action taken.
