I WOULD LIKE TO THANK PICK &PAY; NORTHGATE`S MANAGEMENT STAFF OF CONVINCING ME TO STOP SHOPPING AT PICK & PAY AND MOVE OVER TO CHECKERS.
I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE 42 TILL POINTS BUT LESS THAN HALF THE TILL POINT ARE OPEN. NOT ONE, ZERO OF THE EXPRESS (LESS THAN 5 ITEM) TILLS ARE OPEN. HOW CAN ONE GO GET LUNCH WHEN U SPEND YOUR LUNCH TIME WAITING IN A QUEUE.
EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN THEY SAY SORRY BUT NOTHING COMES OF IT. I HAVE COMPLAINED ON THE SMS LINE LAST YEAR AND i`M STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM SOME ONE AT THE STORE.
