Whats with Pick 'n Pay, Empangeni? Twice last week only 3 tills open and today, just 4. There is a new queuing system which is not working. Customers in one LONG line and neither staff or management seem to notice the lack of tellers or the frustration of their customers. Back to Spar I go.
