RUDE AND UNHELPFUL BEHAVIOUR

After waiting half an hour in line for a script, on reaching the dispensing counter, your lady behind the counter advised me that I was not registered and would have to register, I did not have time for this having already waited half an hour- ADD insult to injury I have a Dischem card and have received medication from both Centurion and Glenfair branches, her attitude was unhelpful and accusatory, she then called someone else to assist me as she did not want to help me further, understandably I was upset- this was the last straw!!! Implying I am rude when I merely want service... You advertise centralised systems yet it is evident this system is not working!!! I had a similar problem previously where "I could not be found on the system" I pay out my pocket for my own scripts- AND I TOOK MY MONEY AND SPENT IT ELSEWHERE at a private dispensary where I receive help with a smile, quickly, efficiently and they appreciate my R300 or R500 cash! Her attitude was extremely rude, accusatory (as if I was lying!!!) and unhelpful AND then fob me off on someone else!!! After wasting my time in your line for half an hour. This is not acceptable service.
