I just went to Dischem La Lucia to do my Vitality tests. The lady at the counter gave me a number and told me to wait. The nurse came out, asked what I was having and told me to register and went back into the office. She was incredibly rude! For a nurse to talk rudely to you can imagine the way she would take your blood sample? I then went back to the counter, waited 5 minutes for someone to 'help' me and the woman slowly went through the computer but couldn't find my details. I tried to complain to a manager but unfortunately the right manager to complain to is away until Monday!
I've been doing the Vitality tests at Dis-Chem La Lucia for the past 3 years. If I'm not on the system then your system is needs looking at. Apart from that, how hard can it possibly be to re-add me onto the system? Name, medical aid number etc.
Maybe Dis-Chem should do something about their staff. I'll be telling everyone I know about this despicable service and to not go to Dis-Chem La Lucia!!!
It's a shame because I've been shopping at this store since they opened, I've been loyal, I've spent a lot of money there over the years and this is how they treat me.
