Having to wait 1h15 min. to wait for medication is unacceptable service to say the least. The Dispensary System they have going does not work. I handed my script to a person over the counter, the script then gets (I assume), placed in a basket and the next available pharmacist picks it up and issues the medicine, then they place it on another counter for (I assume) for another senior pharmacist to 'check'. So you never know which pharmacist is dealing with your request whilst you sit and wait.
I just needed 2 creams to be mixed which Dischem can do within 10 min. When I gave in my script they said it would take 15min (had they said I would have had to wait for for any hour, I would have walked out to save myself the frustration. Each time I asked what was going on, they said the cream was being mixed (not that the person over the counter ever checked with the Pharmacist, they just assumed and was unhelpful. Yes, they were busy but even at Dischem busiest period I never had to wait for more then 40min (at least you deal directly with the Pharmacist). There is too much people in the system at Springbok... so never again will i set foot in there. Dischem a better Pharmacy
