On the 1st January I went to the Shelly Beach steers. The lady behind the counter was shockingly rude and unhelpful. One of my burgers sat under the warmer for half an hour while I waited for the rest of my order.
I used the online complaints section on the steers website to bring it to someones attention. The next day I received an sms to say my complaint had been received. Two days later I received another to say my complaint had been resolved. I fail to see how there is any resolution in a generic sms thanking me for my interaction. The lack of interest from the complaints department is even more annoying than the original incident.
