I contacted the Toys R Us Tokai branch (as they are my closest branch) enquiring whether they have stock regarding an item and got "slap dash" service and when asked when will they receive new stock just an uninterested "i dunno".
Then called the Canal Walk branch and a lady Janine assisted me... took all the details down and went to find out. On return she advised that they are out of stock however she will find one from another branch because she is unsure of when new stock will be arriving in their branch.
2 hours later received a call that she found one in their Stellenbosch branch and it will be at their branch later the same day.
THANK YOU JANINE!!! for going the extra mile and making me feel like a valued customer. For that type of service I dont mind driving the 35kms to fetch my goods.
