I received a very threating email in regards to my deceased mother's Truworths account.
First of all we informed Truworths of my mother's death in December 2012 already and we had to fax through documentation. Can you please sort this out this mess on your side, i'm only reachable on my email address [Email Removed] Then I will gladly re-send you her death certificate.
Ps please find better wording for the mails you send to customer regarding payments, cause the one I just read now is pure rudeness.
