I went to the store and the security guard approached me and my son and informed us that my son was not allowed to eat chocolate in the store. I asked him why is that he said they have just cleaned the floor and they dont want to clean again with a stinking attitude as my son will dirty the floor. So I asked him why is not written anywhere on the entrance so that we know in advance what is expected from customers then he grabbed the chocolate from my son. My son was screaming and crying the whole time I was shopping and made the whole shopping experience horrible as I couldnt give him the chocolate back as Musa held it with his hands. When I was done shopping I asked for my parcels he just pointed at my parcels with an attitude and they were not where I expected to find them. So I asked for his name cos he wasn't wearing a name tag so I can complain to the manager as it wasn't the first time he gave me attitude. He wouldnt give me his name or surname, I asked him to call the manager he told me I should do it cos he wont. Thuli approached but wasnt very helpful either as it seemed she was scared of him or just lack management skills I had to force her to ask him for his surname.
