Last week I went to the canal walk branch for a pair of showed. I found a pair but they didn't have my size in stock. I asked the assistant if they could check other branches to see if they might have the right size in stock. One of the nearby branches had 1 pair available. I then went straight to the other branch only to find that the price was quite abit higher than at the other store. I asked the sales assistant to check with the Canal Walk branch to confirm the price discrepancy. The reason for the price difference was explained to me and I didn't purchase the shoes to my disappointment. I informed Totalsports via their site and got a call from the CW manager the next business day that they would procure the right size shoe for me at their store at the price I originally thought it was as soon as possible. The same manager then gave me a follow up call 2 days later informing me that the shoes would be available the next day. Today Leonard, the manager called me to let me know the shoes are available for collection. Quite frankly a bunch of other retailers can take a leaf from Totalsports' book. The attitude they displayed to fix the problem was simply fantastic!
