I called in on this morning around 8 o'clock to find out if they have stock of the Samsung S3Mini and if there would be any pay in on my insurance. Conscious said she will give me a call in the next 10 min. After not getting a call, I phoned back at 16:00.I was informed that she was busy, so I asked that I just want to find out if there is any pay in on the phone and if they do have stock, the person that spoke to me kept me holding for 3min after saying that the price of the phone is around R3600 I informed him that I dont want the price, I want to know if there is a pay in on my insurance and if they have stock, he then kept me holding for 5min and told me that they have stock., I then asked if I could speak to the manager, holding another 10 min, Conscious picked up the phone and said that what is wrong, I was given a price, and she did not call me because she was busy (DONT MAKE EMPTY PROMISES). I stay in Witbank and I'm going to Vereeniging this weekend... That is why I need to know if they have stock. Asking questions that get no answers!!! They never let me speak to the manager. BAD SERVICE! Luckily the insurance gave me another number Gavin. Thanks Gavin for the GOOD service
