I am extremely disappointed that you are out of stock of the Ariel 1.5l Washing Detergent at all you branches in Cape Town 4 days into the promotion period of the above mentioned product. After I have been to N1 City and Panorama branch just to find that there is no stock I phoned your customer hot line and a one of your staff called me back assuring me that there is stock of the entire range at your Canal Walk branch according to "Kayuni" not sure if the spelling is correct. I dashed thru to Canal walk just to find that they are out of stock too. I spoke to the branch manager who was blaming the supplier. I am sorry Pick 'n Pay. DON'T ADVERTISE if you do not have stock. This is a fairly common problem with your so called specials. Your "rain check" is not worth the paper its written on as its only valid for 30 days and I had problems with stock before were a rain check was issued and you did not have the item in stock within 30 days. DON"T think that a stupid excuse will bring me back to your store after I wasted a lot of petrol driving from store to store. You are PATHETIC.
