A special Thank you to Richard in Fountains Mall Totalsports for his great attitude, friendliness, helpfulness and service, I phoned Totalsports sometime last week for something I want, they did not had it in stock, Richard told me he will try to find it somewhere else and he will phone me back, I did not even wait 10min - he phoned back and told me that he found what I was looking for, and if he can order it for me. The same week I phoned a different place also to order something and I'm still waiting for their phone call. These day's when you find great service you have to tell the world. Thank you. Totalsports can be proud to have someone in their shop like this. And to top up the service - what I have ordered is already there, excellent.
