Last week (12/07/2013) I successfully ordered a galaxy s4. Digital planet sent me an sms saying the phone will be delivered the following Monday (15/07/2013) but the delivery never happened. No one called me to let me know what was happening, I had to call them and waste my money for their fault. Digital planet's service is very pathetic and I hope FNB finds other contractors to deal with their electronics. May you kindly deal with the party who is at fault for the poor service and I would like to have my cellphone tomorrow as promised by the consultant I spoke with. These were her words, "I promise you will get it tomorrow between 11am and 12pm"
