I purchased a new lounge suite cash from Geen and Richards East London on 07/10/2013. I had to wait until 15/11/2013 for it to be delivered to my house. Upon inspection on arrival, I found that 2 of the couches had holes in them. I phoned the branch at Hemingways (043-721-1367) where I purchased it from and the manager was not available. I then got the number for the head office which I phoned and they gave me the regional manager, Heinrich's number (083-399-4672) so I phoned it and no answer, I left a message and have not had a response. I have already paid for this lounge suite in full and in cash and am not satisfied with the condition of them as they have holes and this is unacceptable. I bought this lounge suite in good faith and paid in full upfront for it to be delivered in the desired condition. The driver Xolisa (072-8168182) was witness to this. The service was absolutely shocking, the lady at the branch Siyabonga could not help me at all the branch manager and the regional manager could not be reached. I have sent my fiance' to the store at Hemmingways to hopefully get this matter resolved as I have been booked off work and am unable to go myself.
