Pick 'n Pay
Bad Attitude and Barcodes

Morning

On the afternoon of 13 October 2013 my family and I went to the above store to buy a pacifier. The price was clearly marked R12, 45 each and R24, 95 for 2 in a pack. When it was scanned at the till the price was R63, 99.
We made one of the ladies aware and referred us to customer service we were given the product for R24, 99.

A man with a name tag marked Phillip came and to us and my mom told him that according the stores policy if there is pricing is incorrect when scanned the second product should be for free. Phillip with and attitude said his been working there for 26 years and has never hard of that and she should not come with her own policies. While she was explaining to him that the is a board at Southgate as you enter the store Phillip just walked away.

Employees that work with customers seems to forget how to treat/speak to their clients.'Pick n Pay is the quintessential family store focused on the customer'
Phillip forgot the companies Mission
"We serve
With our hearts we create a great place to be
With our minds we create an excellent place to shop"
First sentence on the Values
"We are passionate about our customers and will fight for their rights"
