I purchased a lounge suite but found it had a fault. That was in August when I reported it to the branch. On 25 September 2013 they uplifted the lounge suite but even now I'm still waiting for a replacement. I have communicated several times with the store manager but he doesn't seem to care. It is now 2 months that I'm being debited for goods that I don't have. I'm tired of being told by the manager.
