G & R poor product quality & bad customer service

I bought a lounge suite at the Geen and Richards on market street jhb 2009 December. 2 days after the suite was delivered the cushions started having defects, I reported this to the market street outlet and they said they will sort it out. a few months later the material on the lounge suite started fading we lodged a complaint with customer care and with the branch we were told someone will call and assist us. customer care would call and say they are waiting for Berta (market street manager) to give them feed back on the suppliers. she said that Geen and Richards will re upholster the lounge suite at their cost because we had an extended warranty. this was December 2012. I called her in January and she said she is waiting for the suppliers, its been the same story till today!!! I'm really tired of this lady's incompetence... my warranty has now expired and nothing has been done. customer care hasn't been able to help they keep saying they will escalate the matter to the regional manager but nothing has been done yet!!! this has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I may NEVER buy from Geen and Richards again!
