On the 28th September I visited your Westgate branch to do some shopping I requested electricity while checking out but forgot to take the slip as my children were driving me mad when I realized that I called back on the Monday to enquire. I was told I would need to come into the store I explained to the lady that I cant as the entire week is spent at work I requested a manager call back From Mr Steve Gouws the lady took my details and to this day I have never received a thing. I ask you is that how service is rendered I gave an explanation to the lady of the cashier that helped us but I think that the lady as well wasn't prepared to assist. I mean I spend on average R1800 at any given time and never do I complain about the total however when needing my prepaid electricity voucher to be reprinted I am given false hope of a manager callback, bad service and I will never recommend pick n pay westgate to anybody I speak to please call me on the numbers provided.
