One hand not knowing what the other is doing???

I placed and order with HC 9 Oct 2013 for the Speed 4 Piece Essential Kids comforter set, reversible curtains and canopy set. Cindy confirmed i had to pay R1175. Upon receipt of the SMS confirmation i paid R1175 on 9 October. On the 10th Oct i got a SMS stating my amount of R1832 is due??? I Called and spoke to a guy who confirmed Cindy forgot to add the curtains so i had to pay extra, she also forgot to tell me that stock will only arrive Monday 14 Oct. Not impressed but i paid the extra amount 10 Oct. Saturday 12 Oct i received an sms saying my payment is outstanding - followed by an sms 30 minutes later thanking me for my 2 payments??? Today 14 October Lee-Anne called me and demanded my ID Number cause my payment is still outstanding? What the homechoice? does the one hand not know what the other is doing? Obviously delaying my order i paid cash for a few days ago?
