I went to Pick & Mulbarton to purchase prepaid electricity and i received a pin number for my basic free electricity but nothing for my R1000 . They now pass the buck and tell me i must take it up with Ekurhuleni which is quite sad because Pick & Pay have no after sales support. I requested for my refund and they said they cannot refund my money. Now im sitting with no Electricity and nobody to help! They shouldnt be selling products ane services if they cannot assist in resolving issues. Disgusting services provided.
