I would like to report the worst ever service i received from Shoprite, i am a Silverton residence and i always buy prepaid electricity buy just giving a meter number cause my prepaid electricity has no card pleaded with the manager Mlamuli Shabalala he didnt even want to here nothing i mean explained that i have no light but all he had to say to me that they won't let me purchase the electricity to me what's the point of having a manager if he won't even help to make things worse he gives you attitude i was stunned or is Shoprite not one brand that they operate diffrently I dont no and to make matters worse the cashier was not even interested she just left me at the counter I hope that Mlamuli Shabalala will be taken back to training to put the client first and don't tell I must do what I do and say I must go to pick and pay.and get it the that to me is that we closed so go to pick and pay I am still shocked.
