Service at Checkers Westgate has clearly gone to the maggots. Being a daily Checkers customers I can`t take the disgusting service anymore and I`m no longer going to go to other branches hoping for a decent shopping experience. In the week I went to Checkers Westgate, I went to pay at the express till, the cashier`s name was Faith. I told her that I also needed smokes, she rung up my items then sat back and folded her arms. I asked if I`m suppose to pack my goods and without hesitations she replied YES, THIS IS AN EXPRESS TILL. I requested to see the manager and told her that I will not pack my own goods. She continued to serve customers over and around me while i waited for a manager. A till controller came, I explained the story to her, she packed my stuff and said sorry. Last night again I went to purchase a Lotto ticket, the cashier told me she`s going to cash up, she`s closed @ 18.00. i went looking for a manager, spoke to the same till controller who went to money market, the other lady that was also behind the counter was told to sell me a ticket. She then told me that i cannot play my ticket only QuickPick shes doing me a favour playing it on the computer. SIS
