Inconsistency incompetent needs people's skills

My wife and I went shopping at pnp woodmead, where we spent 3 hours shopping for groceries and baby toiletries. My wife also bought 2 Disney Books for our 6 week old baby. Upon scanning the books at the till one book was R22.99 and the other R66.99, when we queried the price differences, a very rude lady, said that the prices was correct (without even doing a check) and that some Disney books are even R200. I then requested to see the manager, while waiting for the manager, the lady went to get the price and came back with it, the price
Was in fact, R22.99. While waiting for the manager to arrive, the lady started talking to her colleague about me, in her language. The behavior displayed by this lady was that off annoyance and incompetence. Pick n Pay, should
Hire people with customer service knowledge and experience. I went on to return my entire trolley full of groceries and was refunded with a voucher for my entire purchase for R1757.20 I would like someone a head office to contact me, i would like to discuss the incompetence of your employees. Very very irate about this situation and has left a sour taste in my mouth about the pick n pay group.
