ACCOUNT QUERY NO HELP FROM CALLCENTRE/BRANCHES

I am struggling since beginning of September to get an account with my telephone calls on either from the call centre or your branches. I am phoning for my work from my cellphone and have to claim the calls back from my company. However this month my telephone accounts does not appear on my statement. So I cannot claim from work. I have phoned your call centre2 or 3 times. The don't understand what I am trying to explain to them and just keep on sending what I got in the mail. I went to your branch at the Hyperama @ 14th Ave. I was asked to either go to Westgate or Clearwater as they were a dealership and not able to help. I went to Westgate on the 18th of September. A person by the name of Andile tried to assist me. He was busy on his computer and told me I will get the statement with my telephone call on within 2 - 24 hours. It's a week later. No email yet. He gave me a cell number to contact him. Which since 19/9 nobody answers. Then I went to the shop at Clearwater, closest to the Pick n Pay. The lady there did not even try to assist me. Just said I must contact the Callcentre. When I told her I did and did not get any joy out of them she just pulled up her shoulders. What noW?
