To cut a long story short as I do not have enough characters to write the full story.

I would not recommend furniture city princess crossing to anyone. Besides the disgusting customer service, their goods are not value for money. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.

We purchased a R16000 lounge suite that didnt even last a year and had to be sent twice for fixing. The first time it came back looking worse than what it originally went in for. This had to be corrected hence went back the second time (no pride in repairs done and not qc checked).

All this time Collin and Goerge (the manager) was of no use as they could never tell me what was going on or return our calls. I eventually contacted the supplier & arranged everything with her myself. Its now the 14 October 2013 & I have still not recieved any courtesy call from Collin/Goerge which is off no surprise as they were never helpful from the start..

when it comes to sales, customer service is exceptional but let there be a problem, then the customer is left to deal with it alone.

now we got to save for another lounge suite because this isnt going to last us.
